Perimenopause Supplements UK: 8 Compared on Dose, Claims and Price

by Phillippa & Matthew on Sep 29, 2026
Picture of Flissie Perimenopause Supplements UK

Updated 29 September 2026. We make one of the eight products below, the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement, so we have an interest, and we mark it as ours. All eight, seven food supplements and one registered herbal medicine, are compared on the same four things: what is in them, how much, what they are allowed to claim and what they cost a day. Formulas and prices were checked on each brand's own website on 28 September 2026, and offers on 29 September 2026; where a brand's site did not state the pack size, we took it from a major UK retailer. General information, not medical advice.

Many lists of the best perimenopause supplements UK shoppers find lead with promises: calmer moods, fewer hot flushes, better sleep, balanced hormones. None of those is an authorised claim for a food supplement in the UK. So whether you searched for perimenopause supplements, perimenopause tablets or peri menopause supplements, as plenty of people type it, this guide compares the things you can actually check on a label.

The best perimenopause supplements in the UK, at a glance

Quick answer: there is no single best perimenopause supplement, and none of the seven food supplements here is allowed to claim it relieves symptoms, so we compare what you can check: ingredients, doses, claims and cost. On those, our pick is the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement (we make it): KSM-66 ashwagandha at 600mg, vitamin B6 and nine other botanicals, with no soya or red clover. When we checked the brands' own websites on 29 September 2026, it was the only one of the eight with a free first month. After that it renews at £29 a month until you cancel. For the lowest price, Vitabiotics Menopace Original costs about 25p a day; for soya isoflavones at 50mg a day, A.Vogel Menopause Support; for red clover, Promensil Double Strength; and for a registered herbal medicine for excessive sweating with hot flushes, A.Vogel Menoforce Sage.

The NHS says there is very little evidence on how well complementary therapies work, so if symptoms are affecting your life, see a GP first. What you can compare is what is in each product, how much, what it is allowed to say and what it costs a day.

  • Our pick, and free to try: Flissie Perimenopause Supplement. KSM-66 ashwagandha at 600mg a day, with vitamin B6 and no soya or red clover. First month free on subscription, then £29 a month until you cancel.
  • Cheapest per day: Vitabiotics Menopace Original, about 25p.
  • Most vitamin D: Vitabiotics Wellwoman Perimenopause, 20µg.
  • Most botanicals in a multivitamin: Health & Her Perimenopause Multi-Nutrient, eight alongside seven vitamins and minerals.
  • Most soya isoflavones: A.Vogel Menopause Support, 50mg a day.
  • Red clover isoflavones: Promensil Double Strength, 80mg a day.
  • No soya or red clover: the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement, or Wild Nutrition Perimenopause Complex, the dearest at full price, with a 30 day guarantee on first orders.
  • Registered to say what it is for: A.Vogel Menoforce Sage, the only herbal medicine here.
Product What it is Best for A day Cost a day
Flissie Perimenopause Supplement (ours, our pick) Ten botanicals and vitamin B6 Trying one free; ashwagandha without soya or red clover 3 capsules Free for the first month, then 97p
Vitabiotics Menopace Original Multivitamin with soya isoflavones The lowest cost 1 tablet 25p
Vitabiotics Wellwoman Perimenopause Multivitamin with soya, sage and ashwagandha Vitamin D in a budget all-in-one 1 tablet 33p
A.Vogel Menoforce Sage Registered traditional herbal medicine Excessive sweating with hot flushes 1 tablet 53p

Wild Nutrition Perimenopause Complex Shatavari, saffron, B6, magnesium and iron Saffron and shatavari, with a 30 day guarantee 2 capsules £1.23, or 99p on subscription

Ours is listed first because it is our pick; the other seven are in order of cost a day. Cost a day is the pack price divided by the days it lasts, at the prices on each brand's site on 28 September 2026. Prices move, and most of these are cheaper on subscription or in a multipack.

What to check before you buy

Wild Nutrition None None None 5mg 5mg

Why those columns: soya and red clover contain isoflavones, which matter if you have had a hormone-sensitive condition. They are not the only ingredients that do: Flissie's contains wild yam, which is why we say to avoid it in that case too. Ashwagandha is under a UK safety review, covered below. Vitamin D, iron and vitamin B6 are the ones that add up if you take more than one product.

Perimenopause supplements UK: the eight compared

Ours first, because it is our pick and you are on our site; then the other seven, grouped by what they are built around. Doses are per daily serving, exactly as each brand lists them.

Flissie Perimenopause Supplement: our pick, and free to try

Best for: trying a perimenopause supplement for free, and for ashwagandha as KSM-66 without soya or red clover.

Flissie Perimenopause Supplement tub, 90 vegan capsules, a 30 day supply

Three capsules a day with 600mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha, vitamin B6 and nine other botanicals, and no soya or red clover. Vegan capsules, made in the UK to GMP standards; the tub says Hormone Health. We make it, so read this section with that in mind.

  • What is in it: KSM-66 ashwagandha 600mg, fennel (10:1) 500mg, maca (10:1) 350mg, chamomile (10:1) 220mg, rhodiola (10:1) 80mg, chaste tree (10:1) 75mg, wild yam (8:1) 60mg, broccoli sprout (20:1) 50mg, gymnema 50mg, rosemary (8:1) 25mg and vitamin B6 2.07mg, 148% of the NRV.
  • Cost: £29 for 90 capsules, 30 days, about 97p a day. On subscription the first month is free, with free UK delivery; then it renews automatically at £29 a month until you cancel, with no minimum term.
  • What it can claim: vitamin B6 claims, including that vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. None of the botanicals has an authorised claim, so we make none.
  • Check first: avoid it if you have, have had, or are at increased risk of a hormone-sensitive condition such as breast, ovarian or uterine cancer, endometriosis or fibroids, because it contains wild yam. Not suitable in pregnancy, while trying to conceive or breastfeeding, or with hormonal contraception, because it contains chaste tree. If you take thyroid medication, speak to your GP before starting. Ashwagandha is also under review: the Food Standards Agency asked its Committee on Toxicity to assess its safety in food supplements, and the committee discussed a third draft statement on 8 September 2026.

Why it is our pick

  • It costs nothing to try. Subscribe and the first month, 90 capsules, is free with free UK delivery; after that it renews automatically at £29 a month until you cancel. When we checked the brands' own websites on 29 September 2026, none of the other seven offered a free month.
  • The only one with KSM-66. If ashwagandha is what you want, ours is KSM-66 at 600mg a day; Wellwoman Perimenopause has 25mg of extract, equivalent to 250mg, and Health & Her lists an extract equivalent to 100mg.
  • No soya or red clover, at £29 a month. The only other supplement here without either, Wild Nutrition Perimenopause Complex, is £37, or £29.60 on subscription.
  • No lock-in. No minimum term, and you can cancel any time.

The trade-offs. No vitamin D, no iron and not a multivitamin, so it does not replace one. Three capsules a day, the most here. After the free month it is about 97p a day, the second dearest at full price after Wild Nutrition. And if you would rather avoid ashwagandha while the UK review runs, choose one without it.

Start your free month of the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement

Vitabiotics Menopace Original: the cheapest

Best for: the lowest cost per day.

A one-a-day multivitamin and mineral with 20mg of soya isoflavone extract. Vitabiotics says it is for use "during perimenopause, and during and after the menopause", and describes the soya as being at dietary levels.

  • What is in it: a nutrition table of 22 items, including vitamin B6 10mg, vitamin D 10µg, iron 6mg, zinc 15mg, magnesium 100mg and folic acid 400µg, plus the soya extract and 25mg of PABA.
  • Cost: from £7.55 for 30 tablets, about 25p a day.
  • What it can claim: vitamin and mineral claims from the GB register, including that vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
  • Check first: it contains soya and iron. One tablet with your main meal.

Worth a look if you want basic cover for the least money. At 10mg of B6, do not add a second product containing B6 on top of it unless a doctor advises it (see the vitamins section).

Vitabiotics Wellwoman Perimenopause: the budget all-in-one

Best for: vitamin D and B6 in one cheap tablet.

Menopace's sister product, aimed at "the time before the menopause when the body begins to change". One tablet a day, with 25 items in its nutrition table.

  • What is in it: vitamin D 20µg, vitamin B6 10mg, iron 10mg, magnesium 100mg and vitamin K 75µg, plus 20mg of soya isoflavone extract, sage extract equivalent to 100mg, ashwagandha extract 25mg (equivalent to 250mg) and green tea extract 50mg.
  • Cost: £9.95 for 30 tablets, about 33p a day.
  • What it can claim: vitamin B6 and the regulation of hormonal activity; magnesium, zinc and vitamin D contributing to the maintenance of normal bones.
  • Check first: Vitabiotics' own warning is that it contains vitamin K, so anyone taking anticoagulants (blood thinners) should not take it except on a doctor's advice. Take it with food, not on an empty stomach. Contains soya.

Worth a look if you want vitamin D, B6 and a little of several botanicals in one cheap tablet. The 20µg of vitamin D is twice the NHS's 10µg and well under its 100µg daily limit.

Health & Her Perimenopause Multi-Nutrient: the multi with the most botanicals

Best for: a multivitamin with a spread of botanicals.

Two vegan capsules a day combining seven vitamins and minerals with eight botanicals.

  • What is in it: vitamin D3 10µg, vitamin B6 2.8mg, vitamin B12 500µg, vitamin C 100mg, iron 7mg, zinc 15mg and magnesium 56.3mg, plus eight botanicals, each listed as an extract with a ratio and an amount it is "equivalent to": wild yam (10:1) 500mg, maca (5:1) 125mg, ashwagandha (5:1) 100mg, sage (5:1) 80mg, ginkgo (50:1) 60mg, lavender (4:1) 40mg, Siberian ginseng (5:1) 13mg and red clover (90:1) 8.9mg, shown as equivalent to 800mg.
  • Cost: £21.99 for 30 days, about 73p a day, or £17.59 on subscription (59p).
  • What it can claim: a long list of vitamin and mineral claims, including vitamin B6 and the regulation of hormonal activity.
  • Check first: it contains red clover and iron. Health & Her advises checking with your GP before taking food supplements if you take medication or have an existing medical condition, and does not advise it in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Worth a look if you want a vitamin and mineral base and a spread of botanicals in one product. The trade: eight botanicals share two capsules.

A.Vogel Menopause Support: soya isoflavones at 50mg a day

Best for: soya isoflavones at 50mg a day.

A food supplement built around soya isoflavones, with magnesium and hibiscus. A.Vogel says it can be used through all stages of the menopause, perimenopause included.

  • What is in it: per two tablets, 139mg of soya bean extract providing 50mg of isoflavones, magnesium 113mg and hibiscus extract 70mg.
  • Cost: £16.99 for 60 tablets, 30 days, about 57p a day.
  • What it can claim: magnesium claims, such as contributing to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Check first: A.Vogel says not to use it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking hormonal contraception, and that it can be used with HRT.

Worth a look if you specifically want soya isoflavones. Which? puts the amounts used in the research at 40 to 80mg a day, and this is the only soya product here in that range.

Promensil Double Strength: red clover at 80mg

Best for: red clover on its own.

One tablet of red clover extract a day, standardised to 80mg of isoflavones, and nothing else active.

  • What is in it: 200mg of red clover extract providing 80mg of isoflavones.
  • Cost: £25.46 for 30 tablets on offer when we checked, usually £28.29, so 85p to 94p a day.
  • What it can claim: no authorised health claims. Red clover is a botanical, and no claim for it has been authorised.
  • Check first: Promensil suggests taking it for at least 12 weeks, and checking with a healthcare professional first if you are on medication or under medical supervision.

Worth a look if you want red clover on its own, at the 80mg Which? cites from the research.

Wild Nutrition Perimenopause Complex: no soya or red clover, the dearest

Best for: saffron and shatavari, without soya or red clover.

Two capsules a day built around shatavari and saffron.

  • What is in it: shatavari 500mg, N-acetyl L-cysteine 150mg, saffron 30mg, vitamin B6 5mg, magnesium 57mg, iron 5mg, pantothenic acid 2mg and molybdenum 25µg.
  • Cost: £37 for 60 capsules, 30 days, about £1.23 a day, or £29.60 on subscription (99p). Wild Nutrition offers a 30 day guarantee on first orders.
  • What it can claim: vitamin B6 and hormonal activity, and magnesium and normal psychological function.
  • Check first: Wild Nutrition advises taking supplements at least 2 hours after any medication, and checking with your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication. Contains iron.

Worth a look if you want to avoid soya and red clover and like the idea of saffron and shatavari. It is the dearest of the eight at full price.

A.Vogel Menoforce Sage: the only registered herbal medicine here

Best for: excessive sweating with hot flushes, from a registered herbal medicine.

Not a supplement at all. Menoforce is a traditional herbal medicine registered with the MHRA, THR 13668/0020, which is why it can say what it is for.

  • What is in it: one tablet a day made from fresh sage leaves, 3,400mg of fresh sage tincture per tablet according to A.Vogel.
  • Cost: £15.99 for 30 tablets, about 53p a day.
  • What it can say: "A traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of excessive sweating associated with menopausal hot flushes, including night sweats exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy."
  • Check first: not for under 18s, in pregnancy or while breastfeeding, if you are allergic to sage, or if you have certain sugar intolerances. The leaflet says it may affect your ability to drive or use machines.

Worth a look if excessive sweating with hot flushes or night sweats bothers you most. Note the last words of its registration: it rests on long-standing traditional use, not on clinical trials.

What perimenopause supplements are allowed to claim

In the UK, no food supplement is allowed to claim it prevents, treats or relieves perimenopause symptoms. In law, perimenopause supplements are food, not medicine. The advertising regulator's guidance on menopause claims is blunt: "the definition of 'diseases' in the legislation is wide and can include conditions such as the symptoms of the menopause and perimenopause." A food supplement cannot claim to prevent, treat or cure a disease, so it cannot claim to ease hot flushes, night sweats, low mood or poor sleep either.

What is allowed is a list of approved wordings on the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register, most of them for vitamins and minerals. The one on most perimenopause labels is this: vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Five of the eight use a version of it: both Vitabiotics products, Health & Her, Wild Nutrition and the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement.

It is the closest the register gets to a perimenopause claim. It does not mean a supplement balances your hormones.

What we will not tell you, about ours or anyone else's, is that a supplement eases hot flushes, lifts your mood, helps you sleep, balances your hormones or replaces HRT. None of those is an authorised claim, and we are not going to hint at them either.

No health claim for a botanical such as sage, red clover, ashwagandha or maca has been authorised. Some sit on an "on hold" list and can still be used under transitional rules while they wait, but none can say a product treats menopause or perimenopause symptoms. Natural supplements for perimenopause are held to the same rules, and natural is not the same as safe: the NHS asks you to talk to a doctor before taking herbal supplements.

What the ASA did in March 2026. On 25 March 2026 the Advertising Standards Authority published rulings against ads for several menopause supplements, found through its AI-assisted ad monitoring. The ads claimed the supplements could prevent, treat or cure symptoms of the menopause, and some implied they could stand in for HRT. No supplement is an alternative to HRT, and implying otherwise is one of the things the ASA ruled against.

The herbal medicine exception. A traditional herbal medicine registered with the MHRA is a medicine, not a food supplement, and it can state what it is for, within its registration, as Menoforce does. Look for a THR number on the pack; a fully licensed medicine carries a PL number instead. Perimenopause tablets with neither are food supplements, whatever the front of the pack suggests.

Perimenopause vitamins: which ones have a job

Many perimenopause vitamins UK brands sell are multivitamin and mineral formulas, and three of the eight here are. The vitamins for perimenopause with the clearest case are the ones the NHS already talks about.

Vitamin D. The NHS page on things you can do in menopause and perimenopause includes taking vitamin D supplements, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. The NHS advises everyone to consider 10 micrograms a day in autumn and winter, and not to take more than 100 micrograms a day. Of the eight here, only Wellwoman (20µg), Menopace and Health & Her (10µg each) contain it. The Flissie Perimenopause Supplement does not.

Vitamin B6. Carries the hormonal activity claim. The NHS says not to take more than 10mg a day from supplements unless a doctor advises it. Menopace and Wellwoman each contain exactly 10mg, so adding any second product with B6 on top of either takes you over. Wellwoman plus Flissie's, for example, comes to 12.07mg.

Iron. Four of the eight contain it. If your periods have become heavier, the NHS says to contact your GP, which is a better route than guessing with a supplement.

So before paying extra for perimenopause vitamins, check whether a plain vitamin D and a standard multivitamin already cover what you need.

How to choose supplements for perimenopause

Eight things to check on any of the perimenopause supplements you are weighing up, ours included.

  1. Decide what it is for. If it is symptoms, start with your GP (see below). If it is nutritional cover, a cheap multivitamin with vitamin D does that job. If you want particular botanicals, compare doses.
  2. Read the amount per daily serving, not per capsule. Health & Her and Wild Nutrition are two capsules a day, and Flissie's is three.
  3. Check what the milligrams measure. Some labels give the weight of the extract, others the weight of plant it is equivalent to. A 10:1 extract at 350mg is equivalent to 3.5g of dried plant, so check which figure you are reading before comparing two labels.
  4. Check for soya and red clover. Both contain isoflavones, plant compounds with a structure similar to oestrogen, often called phytoestrogens. Five of the eight contain one or the other. If you have had breast cancer or another hormone-sensitive condition, avoid Flissie's, which contains wild yam, and check with your specialist before taking any other perimenopause supplement.
  5. Check your medicines. Hormonal contraception rules out A.Vogel Menopause Support and Flissie's. Wellwoman is not for anyone on blood thinners unless a doctor advises it, and the NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service says people taking warfarin should avoid complementary products altogether. Three contain ashwagandha, and Which? notes concerns about its effect on thyroid hormones, so speak to your GP first if you take thyroid medication.
  6. Add up what you take. Vitamin B6 over 10mg and doubled-up iron happen easily when you combine a multivitamin with a perimenopause product, so check the totals.
  7. Compare the cost per day, not per tub. Pack sizes run from 30 tablets to 90 capsules. Per day, the eight here run from 25p to £1.23, and Flissie's is free for the first month on subscription, then about 97p.
  8. Be wary of token doses. Which?'s September 2026 review of menopause supplements found they "often contain much lower doses than those used in clinical studies". If a label hides the amounts inside a blend, assume they are small.

The NHS line worth keeping in your head through all of this: talk to a doctor before taking herbal supplements or complementary medicines.

Where a supplement is not the answer

If perimenopause is getting in the way of your life, the first stop is a GP, not a shelf of perimenopause supplements.

The NHS says to contact a GP if you think you have symptoms of perimenopause and want to know your options, if you get palpitations, if you are bleeding more than before, or if you have any bleeding after 12 months without a period. On treatment, the NHS says oestrogen is the main type of HRT, and that you may be offered CBT, a talking therapy the NHS says can help with low mood, anxiety and sleep problems.

On complementary and alternative therapies, the NHS is candid: "There is very little evidence to show how well they work, or how safe they are." It adds that some herbal remedies and complementary medicines may cause serious side effects when taken with other medicines. We sell one, and we think you should know that.

The NHS also suggests lightweight clothing and keeping your bedroom cool at night. The other thing we make is bamboo viscose boxer shorts: soft, breathable and moisture-wicking, with a 6 or 9 inch leg, in UK 8 to 30. We explain why fabric matters at night in perimenopause hot flushes and your underwear.

Perimenopause supplement questions

What are the best supplements for perimenopause in the UK?

There is no single best perimenopause supplement: none of the seven food supplements here is allowed to claim it relieves symptoms, so the right one depends on what you want in it. Our pick is the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement (we make it): KSM-66 ashwagandha at 600mg and vitamin B6, no soya or red clover, and a free first month on subscription, then £29 a month until you cancel. Vitabiotics Menopace Original is the cheapest at about 25p a day, and A.Vogel Menoforce Sage is the only registered herbal medicine of the eight.

Which perimenopause supplement can I try for free?

When we checked the brands' own websites on 29 September 2026, only one of the eight offered a free first month: the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement (we make it). Subscribe and the first month, 90 capsules, is free with free UK delivery; after that it renews automatically at £29 a month until you cancel, with no minimum term. Wild Nutrition offers a 30 day guarantee on your first order of its Perimenopause Complex instead.

What is in the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement?

We make it, and per three capsules it contains KSM-66 ashwagandha 600mg, fennel seed extract (10:1) 500mg, maca root extract (10:1) 350mg, chamomile (10:1) 220mg, rhodiola (10:1) 80mg, chaste tree (10:1) 75mg, wild yam (8:1) 60mg, broccoli sprout (20:1) 50mg, gymnema 50mg, rosemary (8:1) 25mg and vitamin B6 2.07mg, 148% of the NRV. The capsules are vegan, and it contains no soya, red clover, vitamin D or iron. It costs £29 for 90 capsules, about 97p a day; on subscription the first month is free, then £29 a month until you cancel.

Is it worth taking perimenopause supplements?

It depends what you want one for. No food supplement in the UK is allowed to claim it relieves perimenopause symptoms, and the NHS says there is very little evidence on how well complementary therapies work or how safe they are. If symptoms are affecting your life, see a GP first. If you want a supplement for particular nutrients or ingredients, compare what is in each, the dose and the cost a day, as the tables above do.

What should I take if I am perimenopausal?

There is nothing you must take. The NHS advises everyone to consider vitamin D, 10 micrograms a day in autumn and winter. If symptoms are affecting daily life, see your GP: treatments such as HRT are prescribed, and no supplement is an alternative to them.

What are the best vitamins for perimenopause?

Vitamin D is the one the NHS names, at 10 micrograms a day in autumn and winter for everyone. Vitamin B6 carries the claim most perimenopause labels lean on: it contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. The Flissie Perimenopause Supplement, which we make, has 2.07mg of B6 but no vitamin D, so take that separately in autumn and winter. Beyond that, a standard multivitamin covers the basics, as long as you are not doubling up on B6 or iron.

What is the best multivitamin for perimenopause?

Of the three perimenopause vitamins here, Menopace Original is cheapest, from £7.55 for 30 tablets; Wellwoman Perimenopause has the most vitamin D at 20 micrograms, for £9.95; and Health & Her adds the most botanicals, eight, for £21.99 for 30 days. All three contain vitamin B6 and iron.

Which perimenopause supplements have no soya or red clover?

Of the seven food supplements here, two: the Flissie Perimenopause Supplement (we make it), £29 a month after a free first month, and Wild Nutrition Perimenopause Complex, £37 or £29.60 on subscription. The herbal medicine, A.Vogel Menoforce Sage, contains neither. Other ingredients can matter too: Flissie's contains wild yam, so avoid it if you have, have had or are at increased risk of a hormone-sensitive condition, and check with your specialist before taking any other.

Which perimenopause supplements contain ashwagandha?

Three of the eight. The Flissie Perimenopause Supplement (we make it) has 600mg of KSM-66 a day; Vitabiotics Wellwoman Perimenopause has 25mg of extract, equivalent to 250mg; and Health & Her lists a 5:1 extract equivalent to 100mg. The UK Committee on Toxicity is reviewing the safety of ashwagandha in food supplements, and Which? notes concerns about thyroid hormone effects and liver damage at high, prolonged doses, so if you take thyroid medication, speak to your GP first.

Can I take perimenopause supplements with HRT or the pill?

It depends on the product, so check with your prescriber or a pharmacist. A.Vogel says its Menopause Support can be used with HRT but not with hormonal contraception. The Flissie Perimenopause Supplement, which we make, is not suitable with hormonal contraception, because it contains chaste tree, and if you use HRT, check with your GP before taking it.

Are perimenopause gummies any good?

They are easier to take, but the dose per gummy is often lower than in a tablet or capsule, and most gummies contain sugar or a sweetener. Check the amount per daily serving, which is often more than one gummy, and the sugar.

Are perimenopause tablets different from supplements?

Usually not. Most perimenopause tablets are food supplements in tablet form. The exception is a medicine: a registered traditional herbal medicine carries a THR number, as Menoforce does (THR 13668/0020), and a licensed medicine carries a PL number. HRT is a medicine, usually on prescription.

What did Davina McCall take for menopause?

HRT. In a 2023 interview with Get the Gloss she described using oestrogen patches and gel, a Mirena coil, which releases a progestogen, and testosterone cream.
