Size swaps & returns

Flissie boxers are designed to be the most comfortable underwear you own. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Try one pair first. When your order arrives, please try on one pair before opening the rest. For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on pairs that are unworn and in their original sealed packaging.

Free size swaps. If the size isn't right, we'll swap any unopened pairs for a different size, free of charge. Just email us within 60 days of purchase.

Full refunds. Changed your mind? Unopened pairs can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Return postage is at your cost.

After 60 days, we're unable to offer exchanges or refunds.
