Returns, refunds and size swaps
This covers Flissie boxer shorts. If something is not right, email community@flissie.com and we will sort it.
60 day comfort guarantee. Wear them, wash them, and if they are not right, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return them for a full refund, worn or not.
Free size swap on your whole first order. If the size is wrong, we will swap your whole first order for a different size, free. Please try one pair on before you open the rest. Each pair is packaged individually, and we ask for the others back unopened.
How to start a refund or swap. Email community@flissie.com with your order number and tell us whether you would like a refund or a different size. We usually reply within three working days.
Return postage. Return postage for refunds is at your cost.
After 60 days we cannot offer refunds or size swaps. None of this affects your statutory rights.
