Flissie ships internationally however shipping outside of the UK will be paid for by the customer. Please refer to pricing at the checkout stage for the cost.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Flissie is designed to keep you incredibly comfy so when you don’t like them, we reckon it’s because of sizing.

When you buy your first pair of underwear, please try these on before opening any of your others because you cannot exchange or return any used underwear unfortunately due to health and safety reasons.

Within 30 days of purchase any unopened items can be exchanged for different sizes. If you’re certain you don’t like our amazing products, you can return them for a full refund, but this must be within 30 days.
